How to order
We sell to businesses by the case and the pallet. Three steps from first visit to delivered order.
1. Register for a trade account
Send your company details, your VAT number if you have one, and a delivery address. A person checks the application and we email you when it is approved. We sell to businesses only, so we ask what you sell and the type of business you run.
2. Order by the case or the pallet
Signed in, you see trade prices ex VAT on every product, with the pack format and how many cases fit a pallet. Add cases to the basket and the totals build as you go. Lines we do not hold show "Price on request" and go into a quote request instead, which we price and email back.
3. Pay and take delivery
Choose on account or bank transfer at checkout, add your own purchase order number, and place the order. Nothing is charged online. We allocate the stock, email you the dispatch details, and deliver by pallet or parcel, or hold the order for collection from our site.
Trade accounts
Accounts are for businesses: retailers, market traders, online sellers, contractors and installers. Approval is by a person, not automatic, and we may ask a question about what you sell before we turn prices on. One account can have several users, each with their own sign-in.
Cases and pallets
We sell by the case and the pallet, not by the single. Every product shows what a case holds and how many cases fit a pallet, and the basket keeps quantities in case multiples. Mixed pallets are normal: tell us in the delivery notes if you want the load built a particular way.
Prices and VAT
Prices are ex VAT and are shown only to approved trade accounts. Where your account has a price tier, the product page shows the price for your account rather than the list price. VAT at 20% is added at checkout and shown separately on the invoice.
Payment
Approved accounts with a credit limit can order on account and pay against the invoice on the terms set for the account. Everyone else pays by bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice, and the goods are allocated once the payment clears. We do not take card payments on the site.

Register in a few minutes with your company details and a delivery address. A person approves the account, then prices, pack sizes and your order history are on every page you open.
