Sourcing and orders
For a price on a line we do not list, use “Ask us to source” so the request reaches the right person with the details we need. For an order you have already placed, reply to the order confirmation email or use the order page on your account, because that keeps the reference with the message.

Collections are by appointment: choose collection at checkout and we email you when the order is ready and agree a time. Bring your order reference.
