Questions buyers ask

How do I know the goods are labelled for sale in the UK?

We confirm the source and the labelling with your order, and we do not supply stock we cannot trace to a batch. If a line does not carry the labelling required for sale in the UK, we say so and you decide.

Do you supply medicines or vitamins?

No. We supply cosmetics, toiletries, personal care and first aid sundries such as plasters, dressings and sanitiser. Anything needing a pharmacy or a medicines licence is outside what we do.

How are expiry dates handled?

We confirm the shortest date in the batch with your order and we do not send short-dated stock without saying so plainly. If you are buying for a slow shelf, tell us and we will only source stock with a long date.
