Questions buyers ask

Do you hold homeware stock?

Not at present. The whole department is sourced to order, so tell us the lines and quantities and we confirm availability and price by email. If a range becomes a regular order for you, we can look at holding it at one of our sites.

What is the minimum order on these lines?

It depends on the line. Some are sold by the case, others by the pallet layer or the full pallet. The pack details on each product state the minimum, and the basket keeps quantities in case multiples.

How is breakable stock delivered?

On a pallet, shrink-wrapped and corner-protected, never in a parcel. Check the consignment on arrival, note any damage on the driver's paperwork and raise a claim within the period in our Returns and Claims Policy.
